Why and for how long
Your data is used to answer your request, call you back if you asked, and improve the site. It is kept as long as needed to handle the request, then deleted or archived according to our obligations.

Who has access
The FORNET team, and technical providers strictly needed: email delivery (Brevo), anti-bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) and audience measurement (Google Analytics, with your consent).

Cookies and local storage
On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline audience-measurement cookies. Without your consent no Analytics cookie is set. The choice is stored in your browser, along with technical preferences (app installation, visit count).

Your rights
Under law 09-08 you may access your data, correct it, object to its processing or ask for its deletion by writing to [email protected]. You may also contact the CNDP.
